Purpose and Functions

eCampus eLearning Services provide a broad range of services for both staff and students at the University of Bonn. By doing so, we aim to create excellent conditions for the use of eLearning at our university. From providing the user friendly and easily navigable learning management system (LMS) eCampus to comprehensive consultation and support for various eLearning projects, we are on hand with help and advice for all teaching staff.

Our services benefit teachers and students alike in a variety of ways:

• We make sure you can reliably use our LMS eCampus for all of your teaching endeavours.
• We offer support via phone and e-mail to answer all of your questions, easy or complex, big or small.
• We are constantly upgrading and augmenting our LMS while taking into consideration your suggestions for improvement.
• We help you run eExams and provide support from planning to conducting to evaluating your eExams.
• We offer media services to process and enhance your documents for online viewing, or set up interactive learning modules for your courses and lectures.
• We provide support for recording your lectures, from recording equipment to uploading the edited video to our media servers.
• We offer workshops and training events regarding our LMS as well as a wide array of related eLearning services (Events).
• We advise you on implementing your eLearning scenarios the best possible way.
